Who is With The World?
With The World is an education company based in Kobe, Japan. We provide online exchange programs where students of the same generation meet and interact with each other on ZOOM.
Our goal of the program is to give students the opportunities to become independent communicators by learning how to communicate with people from different cultures.

＜Job Description＞Expand partner schools that participate in our program
You will work as a global sales person in the Global Team of With The World.
The tasks of the global sales include:
・Approach schools/teachers via any platforms including school webpage and social media
You will send a direct message to each school or teacher. The goal of the task is to set the meeting between the school and With The World.
・Set and conduct meetings between a school and With The World so the school understands how With The World's program works and what benefits the school can acquire by joining With The World's program
-You will explain the detail of With The World's program in general and give schools a specific and clear image of the program in order to encourage them to want to participate in our program
・Take care of MOU (Memorandum of the Agreement) (create, send, and collect)
-You will take care of MOU of the schools. You will create and send the MOU to each school. Once they sign the MOU, you will upload it on our Google Drive folder
Requirements:
・Be patient
・Be respectful
There are many tasks that are simple yet important especially sending direct messages to approach schools.
You will not always receive a positive response from schools: some schools/teachers just ignore or do not check your message.
You will then need to analyze how you can improve the approach: maybe you can make the message more friendly, tell more about the significance of With The World's program etc...
From the simple but important and responsible tasks, you will learn to write and speak to schools in more effective ways

・Do I have a fixed working time each day?
-There is no specific time when every member starts and finishes working.
・How many members are there in the team?
-We have two Japanese full-time employees, two Japanese interns, and 4 Indonesian part-time employees in our Global Team. In the team, there will be 2-3 members who will be in charge of approaching schools including you.
・Do I have any meetings besides the team weekly meeting on Thursdays?
-No, all members meet at once on Thursdays, and there is no meeting besides it. But we can have short meetings for any concerns or problems.

With The Worldの企業活動内容
With The Worldは、世界中の学校をリアルタイムで繋ぎ、学校の授業中に海外の学校と一緒に授業を受けられる環境を中学～大学で現在創っています。1クラス約40名で（日本校20・海外校20）、お互いの国・地域のSDGsに則った行いたいテーマを生徒が選び、4人少人数グループで異なる視点を持つ他国の同世代とともにオンライン通話ツールを活用して社会問題の「原因」を探り、インタビューから「生の情報」を収集し「解決策」に働きかける機会を設けることで、学生の視野を拡げています。プログラムは、定期的且つ長期的に授業を行い、途中交換留学を設けることで、考案した実施策を現地で行う機会づくりや、世界中の同世代のチームメイトに実際に会える感動機会を設け、絆を深めながら社会性と国際性に富んだグローバルリーダーを将来に輩出しています。

■関西学院高等部とインドネシア・バリ島の私立学校を週1回のオンライン授業＆相互訪問の実践
（2018年4月6日～）
■新渡戸文化中学校にて、「教えない授業」著書・山本崇雄先生のクラスで中学1年生を対象にフィリピン・イロイロ市の私立学校を月1回のオンライン授業の実施（2019年10月～ 次年度相互訪問実施）
