◎Red Look is an NPO based on the vision:

“A society where everyone can connect with the world in their own way.”
Our mission is to support:

・International careers for Japanese people
・Career development in Japan for international people
・Local community development from an international perspective

Inspired by our representative’s wish that “more people can have meaningful experiences abroad,” Red Look aims to create a third place for Japanese and international people — a place where people can build connections, overcome the challenges of pursuing an international path alone, and grow through international exchange, learning, and career development.

We currently operate:

・Free career consultations
・Online international exchange events
・In-person events in Shibuya and Sagamihara
・Red Hub, our online community

Our goal is to create opportunities and connections that help both Japanese and international people grow together.

◎ Why are we recruiting Red Supporters? 【WHY】

While working to create a place where Japanese and international people can grow together, we have realized that it is difficult to continue building this kind of community through staff members alone, especially after one year of activity.
That is why we created Red Supporters for people who:

・Want to support Red Look’s activities
・Want to help build this place together
・Want to connect with others and grow together through international exchange

We would like to create a way for people to stay involved continuously, even when they have limited time.You do not need to have extensive experience or special skills.

Regardless of your age, background, experience, or skills, there is more than one way to be involved in Red Look.

Your small step can support someone else’s next connection or challenge.
We would be happy to build and grow this community together with you.

◎ How do Red Supporters get involved? 【HOW】

Participation in Red Supporters activities is not mandatory.

We value flexible participation based on each person’s situation, pace, age, experience, and skills — including language ability.

You can:
・Join events when you are available
・Help with event operations when you have time
・Share ideas and work with staff to create new activities
・Contribute to society while developing your own experience and skills
・Connect and collaborate with people across different generations and nationalities who share similar values

There are many ways to get involved.

You can gradually deepen your involvement in the community in a way that works for you.

◎What will you do? 【WHAT】

・Join international exchange events
・Help with reception, setup, and event operations
・Participate as a volunteer on the day of events
・Work with staff to create new activities
・Join our activity report meetings twice a year
　(The first meeting is planned for around April–June 2027)

You do not need to participate in every activity.

Get involved when you can, in whatever way works for you.

◎Eligibility

・No previous experience required. Beginners are welcome!
・No specific age, nationality, overseas experience, or professional skills required
・People interested in Red Look’s activities and in creating a place where Japanese and international people can connect
・People who share Red Look’s vision and understand the ¥1,500/month Red Supporters membership fee

◎Participation Guidelines

・You can participate as often as you like. There is no requirement to join every activity.
・Join our online events or in-person activities in Sagamihara and Shibuya whenever your schedule allows.
・People who would like to stay connected with Red Look and support its activities over the long term are especially welcome.

◎Who is this for?

・People interested in international exchange and meeting people from different countries
・People studying English, Japanese, Chinese, or other languages who want to use them in real-life situations
・People interested in getting involved with an NPO or social impact activities
・People who want to help create a place where Japanese and international people can connect comfortably and safely
・People who want to challenge themselves through event operations or community building
・People who cannot participate every week because of work or school but still want to continuously support the community
・People who want to contribute to society, regardless of their overseas experience or professional skills
