Dhillon Marty Foundation's mission is to promote social activism through art, architecture, design, sustainable farming and technology to cultivate civil engagement for global impact. Dhillon Marty Foundation is not an organization acting as one, but the sower of seeds that grow into participation and engagement by many.
Dhillon Marty Foundationの法人活動内容
1. Global Citizenship a) Research Initiative It attempts to create a best practice benchmark of a Global Citizen through interviewing ambassadors of various nations to define what are the unique characteristics of the citizens of representing community. We will ask series of questions to uncover what the world can learn from the community, and analyze the data to create a a) Value Chart/ Outline of the Global Citizen that uncovers what values translate into economic prosperity and social freedom for the modern societies, and b) Methods of coaching such values to develop the minds of people into socially, economically and ecologically nurtured citizens.b) Education Initiative It hopes to distribute the result of the research to be utilized by policymakers and leaders, as well as the youth and the citizens of the world. Many projects will be parts of this initiative, such as the conference at UNESCO and school visits in France. We will also build a statue that represents Global Citizenship in France. Each year, there will be a 15 person panel of world renowned scholars, political and business leaders, culture and sports celebrities selecting an annual phrase that will be unveiled on this sculpture during our annual one day conference: The State of the Community. This Phrase of the Year will be initially dark, and will illuminate as it builds tracking on social media channels.2. Free to be Free to Be is a campaign to promote equality, to let people have choices to be free and encompass their own unique self.
